Lorena is an extraordinary athlete.   As a youth she participated in biking, running, swimming, snowboarding, volleyball, and mountain climbing (she summated her first mountain at age eleven!).

She also played competitive tennis, as well as golf and won tournaments in both!

But everything came second to golf, and when her father explained that she would have to give up one to become a champion in the other, Lorena picked golf.
